Labeling Your Fiber For Processing
Labeling your fiber for processing is one of the most
important things you can do to ensure that your fiber gets processed just the
way you want it. Below are some tips that will help
- Batch like fibers/colors to be processed together with
the same label
- Write up detailed instructions for your fiber OR use our
fiber processing information sheet
- Please always include the type of fiber. Examples: Romney
or Pygora Goat

Superior Fibers Processing Sheet
Squeaky Clean Fiber
In order to get your fiber as clean as possible please skirt and remove heavily
soiled fleeces. We have a commercial fiber washer that is excellent at removing
the lanolin and getting fleeces clean. Please remove any “Dirt Icicles” from
fleeces. Our machine just can’t get them clean since the washer is an
non-agitation type machine.
